The Recording Division physical office is closed to the public. Online/phone services are available Monday-Thursday from 7:30 a.m.–5 p.m. Limited in-person services are available by appointment.
Recording Division
The Recording Division is the branch of the Clerk & Recorder’s office that:
- Records real estate documents, such as deeds, deeds of trust, liens, and subdivision plats for public notice;
- Issues and records marriage licenses and civil union license;
- Provides recorded documents online, via phone, and email.
